Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers. Considered decisions.

A starting point for understanding your options. Your individual circumstances deserve a personal conversation.

What should I expect from a private consultation?

A conversation about your goals, current protection and retirement priorities. You can ask questions and discuss which areas may warrant a closer review. A consultation does not obligate you to purchase a product.

How do I know whether an annuity is appropriate for me?

That depends on your income goals, access-to-cash needs, time horizon, risk preferences and existing resources. Each contract must be evaluated for surrender charges, crediting terms, costs, guarantees and other limitations. Annuities are not appropriate for everyone.

Can you review a policy or annuity I already own?

You may request an existing-policy review to discuss coverage, beneficiaries, premium commitments, surrender terms and how the contract fits your current goals. Do not upload sensitive documents through ordinary website forms.

Is indexed universal life a stock market investment?

No. IUL is permanent life insurance. Interest crediting may be linked to an external index under policy terms, but the policy does not directly invest your cash value in the stock market. Charges can reduce cash value even when a crediting floor applies.

Are insurance and annuity guarantees insured by the government?

Insurance and annuity guarantees rely on the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer and the terms of the contract. They are not FDIC-insured bank deposits.

Do you provide legal or tax advice?

The website provides educational information, not individualized legal or tax advice. Estate and tax matters should be coordinated with your attorney, CPA or other qualified professional.
